I settled on this bike after looking at a number of options and trying out a few bikes at stores and hotel gyms. Some thoughts after owning it for a month:Positive: * The bike is QUIET. Someone in the next room will not hear you using it. * The bike is far smoother than others that I tried - there isn't any jerkiness on the pedals when resistance changes. * The seat back is really comfortable - it's more like one of those Aeron chairs than a workout machine chair. * The bike comes with a variety of pre-programmed workouts that I've found really useful. * I had to do a warranty repair of a broken cable (see below) and the repair guy commented that this is a well-built machine that he doesn't get many calls on. * Due to a part that was broken during shipping I had to talk to customer service, and they were great - a single email that...
