I intend to use the bike for at least a few years, and did not want to go through a bunch of batteries. Shipping took less than a week. I guess I was more fortunate than others who had issues with the short length of the chord. My bike was already set up next to an outlet. Even in my situation, there are times I wish it was a bit longer. Why does schwinn make this an option instead of just including it and why is it so expensive? If I can avoid batteries, of course I will, but this is kinda cheap on Schwinn's behalf by not including it with the bike! |
